Shipping is charged at a rate of $8 per order (1 item) plus $2 for each subsequent item. These costs are Australia wide.

If you would like shipping costs for overseas, please contact us for a quote at info@purplemonkee.com.au .  Please note, 'Free Shipping' does not apply for Orders outside Australia.

Goods will be despatched within 7-10 working days. During peak periods there may be a delay in dispatching orders, and we thank you for your patience.

Delivery
Goods sold by us are shipped within Victoria via courier or Australia Post, and within the others states of Australia via Australia Post. Goods delivered overseas sold by us are sent by standard airmail. The delivery time for each order is based on the Shipping time. Shipping time varies from area to area, and can be anywhere up to 7 working days within Australia and 2 - 4 weeks to the USA.

Any orders sent overseas delayed in customs must be dealt with by the purchaser residing in the relevant country, and any fees or charges incurred through customs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns Policy

Due to closing down we will not be accepting return products for refunds or echanges.
